Very muggy out today so I decided to run out to pizza hut and get some wings. The Cajun ones are delicious. Oh! I also have to chaperone a date for my brother on Friday. Oh joy.

Sold a rabbit today. Feel like I have been running around putting out fires, so much to do. And it is going to rain a lot this week. At least the power came back on.

More on the weather on my end this past weekend. I have my chickens confined to the run while the young guineas get acclimated to recognize it as home. The older guinea sits on them.

I got the coop moved today. Two of us managed to stagger a few metres with it.
Too risky to burn the ground it was on atm. Next rain should see it sorted.

The terrain is quite difficult even for a tractor. We moved the largest coop with a bobcat last time.

Ugh! That sounds like zero-fun. Maybe you can set them up with a nice picnic dinner next to Miss Piggys enclosure. I'm kidding. I hope you can bring something to keep you busy. If you get too bored you might be tempted to mess with them.

I wish I had a bobcat. I just have a small kubota. It gets the job done. I guess you got a lot of hills. We only have one big one on the west side of the property.

About your trip to the nursery...you did pretty good for a quick 15 minute shopping trip!

Got a call from the veterinary clinic, and Dani's ashes are there. Princess has ordered a commemorative plaque, and her ashes will be place next to Livvie's. Lab report on her tumor was inconclusive - it appeared more typical of lymphoma than hemangioma. Interestingly her blood vessels contained clots indicating that she may have been having minor embolisms. Mini strokes or a possible lymphoma tumor in her brain may have helped explain some of the experiences leading up to her death.

We haven't received a bill, and I told the vet that I expected a bill when we picked up her ashes. He became a bit emotional as he reiterated how bad he felt about her death. One step closer to closure.
