Look, I know it's not really a chicken forum, but I thought I would post some pictures of chickens.
Tribe 1 visits to inspect. Treacle was very well behaved. Fat Bird....well you have to watch her with mums and chicks. I think she gets jealous. She gets over it and Ruffles is her best mate but even so..

You can just make out Mel in the coop part laying an egg. She wasn't quite quick enough coming out and Ruffles went into battle order. Nobody died.

My supervisory position sat at the computer.

I'll be surprised if this one makes it.

That's sad. I hope that doesn't happen with my girl. This is her and my first time with a broody hatch.

Spent the morning trying to teach DH the difference between- carrot, yarrow, "hens-and -eggs?", tansey and pineapple weed! But he was asking.....
I did the weeding...
