Had 6 pages to look through morning went to Chehalis with the Son this morning left here at 9 not fair but done. I do a new frigidaire stainless and two door old one had ice open door get ice died about 8 years agoshe wants more of home made bread

Yep, destined for the sale barn (steer). We'll figure out which one we're keeping when we bring them home. The one we're feeding out now is about ready. He's been getting peas every night because he's with a long horn that our youngest is growing out. I guess we're going to try and finish him on corn, which we've never done. So hopefully he's better than the rest have been, but that'll be hard to beat!

So you keep them in a field usually? I used to work with the cows and bullocks on my uncles farm a bit. He supplied a particular company with organic meat which was very unusual in those days.

My grandma used to make delicious bread without any machines - she made Challah bread - Jewish tradition. Actually everything she made was out of this world delicious.
She died of hardening of the arteries at 70. Not a surprise nowadays.

Jews used chicken schmaltz (rendered fat) in everything - ooh her mashed potatoes were the best in the world (I'm certain). I have never stopped missing her. She loved to laugh and it didn't take much to make her laugh - it was infectious.

Sadly my mother didn't have a slightest bit of that. If any of us (3 kids) laughed about something - she was certain she was the target - NOT!!!but, she'd get furious with us anyway. NMH

No, no ticks! They are cockleburs. Lots of hounds tongue around here I don't know if you guys have the same weed, but the seeds are like little chunks of very strong Velcro. Great for cows and dogs alike

We do have that here recently found Tansy got that out here fast we do not have cattle but do not want to spread it either
