I've been so darn lucky with the weather here lately. It's gorgeous here again and expected to be more of the same tomorrow.
My cranberry viburnum is looking splendid! Except for the leaves that got chewed on by some caterpillars. But they got theirs! I picked them off and fed them to the chickens!!

They are edible but I've never harvested them. I leave them for the birds hoping to get a visit from a flock of Cedar Waxwings.Are they the edible type?
Tribe 2 currently comprises 2 roosters and 3 hens. I've been trying to encourage the hens to sit and hatch. I made some nest box changes and let 2 piles of eggs accumulate. It's worked, but with one problem..............all three hens are trying to sit.![]()
