BYC Café

That's too funny. Thanks for the info, @Beer can ! Maybe one of these days I'll try them.
If you do they will change your mind on how 'ugly' they are, personally after getting them I feel now they are the most exotic awesomist birds I ever had.
You wanna hear a funny one, my brother in law stopped by when I got my first batch of them. Had a 4x8 broader going in the garage with 15 of the buggers. He didn't have a clue as to what they were, told him they were baby ostrich. Before he left I tried to convince him they were just chickens he laughed and said 'yeah right lol'. No seriously they are naked neck turkens, chickens.
As he got in his truck he shook his head again and said 'your going to need a big fence for them' ....
:lau:gig

Poor people used to eat a lot of it. Probably still do. Tastes a lot like hot dogs.
Spam is actually kinda expensive now unless you buy the off name brands. Treet is one off brand that is about the same, makes great catfish bait (I like to eat some of it though fried on a sandwich with a nice slab of fresh red tomato)

Yeah I was wondering if it was still cheap. With everything as expensive as it is these days it’s probably cheaper to buy real hotdogs or burger haha

or burger
Burger used to be cheap , when I started my self out on my own back in the '90s ground was .99 cents a lb. Now it seems like it gas, they know you have to buy it so you'll pay the price. Burger is typically twice the price of steak, I've many times bought sirloin steak or London broils, roasts even, $1.99 lb and feed them through my meat grinder rather than pay $4.99 lb for already ground. Seems like a sacrilege sometimes but when you want ground not steak and save $$ win win and much better yummy burger or tacos etc...

Wow I didn’t realize it was that much more expensive! I will have to pay attention next time I am in the store haha but that sounds like a good idea! And better quality like you say.
