Love a good BLT here also do not get them often

If only you lived closer. I have so many heirloom tomatoes of many varieties that I can't give them all away. My go to lunch all summer long has been heirloom tomato BLT on Amish bread. Okay, I will go have another.

I don’t even normally like BLTs but that sounds sooo good!!

Also... I feel the same way about the amount of cucumbers we have.

The Princess has a cleaning crew that cleans the house every two weeks. Last Friday I gave them a big bag of tomatoes. You would have thought that I was the second coming of Jesus by their reaction.

The Princess has a cleaning crew that cleans the house every two weeks. Last Friday I gave them a big bag of tomatoes. You would have thought that I was the second coming of Jesus by their reaction.

That’s awesome!! I’ve been thinking about putting a bucket and a sign at the end of the driveway that says “free” and putting the cucumbers in it

Dogs cussed at me this morning when nobody got to go running. Fresh water, feed to the two pups and then off to the dachshund field trial. They were short of help so I stayed all day until the field trial was completed. It's tech week for the Princess's upcoming play so she has been 'acting' since noon and won't be home until late tonight. Supper for me tonight was a BLT sandwich - strongly considering another.

I am making a new recipe for instant pot chicken and dumplings. If the dumplings turn out nice and fluffy, I will share it here
