BTW I have mostly given up candy, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cakes, all too sweet.
But still love my ice cream - not really icky sweet flavors though. Been out of ice cream for awhile now and not crashing.

Lentils soup is a German thing. I have had it with german sausage before. This one had tomatoes, carrots, onion and Garlic along with the spices and is a Vegan recipe

Cutting the sweets is likely why you are looking more slender in the mirror!

It is. I'm not overly keen on lentils but I love this soup.

Okay dogs the the first love train do not complain my motto, always had a cat so the dogs would know what they are obedience trainer here in another life still use down, sit, stay just not in the ring any more when I lost my last Tervuren knew I could not do that again so got a cat then 2
