BYC Café

I have used it a couple of times...........and it stayed up.
I've got to be honest and write I do have problems being nice to people who piss me off just for the sake of keeping the peace. I don't work like that. The people I know and like don't work like that and I can think of a thousand things I would rather be than nice.
Ah, well, we can't all be little angels ;)

I like the saying "Some people need a high five... In the face... With a shovel".

I can see using it when someone posts how they have been wronged by some entity. I'd be saying "I'm mad about that too!"
That was the point I was making on the Upgrade Thread, but if you use that emoji, the person doesn't get credit for it like they would if you give a thumbs up or a smile.

I don't have a 'thumbs down' or a 'middle finger up' reaction option. Huh.

It's there!

I will, and I'd like to follow your progress too. I've not been successful with cockerels and roosters in the past, and have tried both. This time I'm determined to keep both of these so that my hens can ultimately produce all my new chicks in the future. I'd love to breed both the lavenders and the buffs. I can easily keep them separate, but they all have a more interesting life when they can roam all the pens and coops at will. Time to go let Pippi in with the hens now. I've been procrastinating because I look out the window and see wet sloppy white stuff all over.

Ew, sloppy white stuff! Pretty, but sure I'd procrastinate too.

I haven't had great luck with cockerels in the past either except for one who was broody raised. I think I've learned a lot from the failures though and that helped me make better decisions this time. One thing I've learned for sure is that the same approach doesn't work for everyone and I'm willing to experiment more.

:lau That's what I always say, "it's just one grand experiment after another around here."
