Yep, English lab! The lab we adopted 6-7 years ago turned into his best friend. It was the sweetest thing.

I always see the cutest things going on with the chickens when I don't have my phone with me. Maybe we just need to carry them with us all the time.

Problem is I fall a lot , and I have fallen on top of my phone. I try to keep it in the Mule, if I remember to take it outside.

I fall a lot more since I gained weight. I wish the weight would go away.

I managed to drop almost 15 lbs using isometrics they taught them to me years ago I still use them not religious but when it will help
