I was talking to my eldest this morning and a bit of the way through the conversation she mentioned I was talking gibberish. She's not noted for mincing her words. Further, she mentioned that my emails were getting increasingly difficult to understand.
I was talking to one of the main house occupants today and heard myself say a few sentences in which not only was the grammar all over the place, but I had substituted Catalan words for English.
I'm getting my languages mixed up and the whole sentence structure goes to shite.

We went from 5 a day to 2 sometimes 3 a day and i had to remind him that we needed eggs too. However when one of his students wanted to trade honey for eggs in the middle of winter i was all for it. I love to barter. We traded fresh yellowfin tuna for Elk and Eggs for honey.

Update on Darcy. Bum is no longer red, just pinky and no longer getting messy. She is tolerating her confinement. She's not wild about the epsom salt compress on her bum and my Lab Merlin wants to know what I'm doing to his chicken. I'll feel better when I see some feathers growing back.

Has anyone had a dog with Vestibular issues? Our 14 year old pitty started having issues on Friday. We thought we had a decision to make, but this afternoon she is starting to respond to her medication.

We’ve had so many issues with our senior dogs the last few months, not with their ears but other old age issues. I swear some days I’m sure this is it, then the next day they will be acting fine again. What an emotional roller coaster.

My oldest girl, the one who has been in Chile the last 10 years, has terrible trouble with her languages these days.The mind does weird things. When we came back into England after months on the continent where we heard almost anything but English spoken I found myself translating everything into French then back into English. That way lies madness. It was certainly maddening for me & everyone else.
