BYC Café

Kerrie took them to the coop at least this once.

Then ran them back into the ward. They do like flying up on her.
Yesterday one of the light colored chicks was on her back while mom was doing a broody ranting pace in front of the door. She looked like she was riding a bronco!

I feel a bit inadequate posting the little bit of progress I've made at Dad's house.
Have I ever mentioned how much I hate finishing drywall? Now I have a new reason to add to the list of reasons why I hate finishing drywall: the dust gets in my eyes and causes me quite a bit of pain.
I was diagnosed with severe dry eye and that is why my eyes are always red and painful. So I've been doing artificial tears four times a day for months now and they are better. But it was so bad last night I had to go to bed early because I couldn't stand to keep my eyes open anymore. And that was after flooding them with artificial tears.
Anyway...

I was just wearing glasses, that fog up because I'm wearing a N95 mask because of the dust. That drywall dust is a potent desiccant. I've started to flood my eyes with the artificial tears before the pain actually kicks in.
