Progress update on Dad's house.
I ended up painting the ceiling in the great room. Absolutely needed it.

Got most of the LED up lights installed. I need another 16'. But boy do they brighten up the room.

I also did a color enhancer and sealer on the field stone.

And I did a little of the floor in one of the lower level bedrooms. It actually looks a lot better in real life.

MOLES!

How do I get rid of them?! They've decimated my mounds in my garden, they're all soft. My plants have no support now, I'm afraid I'm gonna lose so mu. I've got to direct sow everything I still can, and cross my fingers

I love the pictures, Tonya! Phlox is so pretty. And the difference in paint color in your dad's house is amazing. Sometimes it's hard to tell when the looking at it. Bells is looking lovely!

My clematis is finally popping up, I thought it was dead. Along with my rhododendrons! I was about to dig them up, but they are getting leaves now.

Good morning cafe. I've brewed a large pot of coffee to kick off the work week for those of us that must still do that. Hot water, tea and condiments are also out.
The woman in Ithaca is a go to take Captain.
I've also convinced the couple across the river that wanted him to wait until their pullets are laying before considering getting a cockerel/rooster. They are interested in getting one of Fabio's boys out of the current bunch and I told them they need to wait until those boys have graduated the School of Hard Knocks here to help them get a good start at being good boys. Hopefully they will all be like Sarge and go on to be much adored flock leaders.
