IKR. Those windows, fascia and landscaping are so beautiful. They used to have a walking tour of River Row and the owners would invite the public in for tours. I never went. I don't know if they'll resume.

I always wanted a Victorian house, but they are usually on tiny lots in town.

Excellent service and a very pleasant rep! He did comment that he was very pleased that I came with my form filled out and all the proper documents.

It pays to pay attention and be prepared. The fact that he mentioned it makes it sound like you are one in a million.

I still have my original paper driving license, and it's valid for another 10 years. But my kids, because the licence carries a photo now, have to renew theirs every 10 years. They call it progress

Been by Owego any number of times on my way to the Elmira Beagle club (no longer active) but never left rt 15? I think. Also on the back way up to Skaneateles and Owasco passed similar homes in some of the towns when going to Owasco Valley BC - sadly also inactive.

Rt 17. You should get off exit 64 the next time you go through and take a stroll if it's a nice day. Owego was voted the coolest small town in America in 2010.

why? my kids were told that because people's appearance changes, it's every 10 years here, like passports. So I cannot imagine why anyone would need to change it every 4 years... can you enlighten me?

Why I'm glad my coop partition has it's own run attached.
Was pretty surprised they go outside to poop if at all possible.
After chicks hatched tho had to leave pop door closed for a few days,
she was not happy to poop in the coop, but did go to a far corner to do so.

Really upset here if for some reason they have to poop in the coop. Even with the maternity units which have a small run attached they'll go a fair way from the coop to poop.

Well, people do change, especially from when they first get their license at 16. But for real?? I bet it is just a way to get more money. Once you've passed your test in Vermont you never have to take another test the rest of your life.

And the "funny" thing? You don't have to go in and get a new picture taken every 4 years. So yeah, just another "tax".
