I had to get them and Synvisc shots in both knees regularly. Once the doctor ground the needle against the bone. Went a little too far. Let me tell ya, that lit me up!

The Shingrix and Tdap were worse!

The knee feels good now-- form the lidocaine!

They work great from what I hear, but only last so long.

I have heard that too. Hopefully I will be able to get back to the exercise cycle or walking again for exercise.

It would help to lose some weight too

Yeah, I didn't care for the Tdap. I didn't even feel the needle or the injection, but that puppy was sore!

I got both at the same time last week. The Tdap hurt going in more but the shingrix was a bit more sore the next day. It was not to bad though

Can't you use it in the chicken run?

I have chopped it up in the past for the run,
but more work than I wanted to do today.
This stuff is giant. Stalks are No.2 pencil sized and tho it only grew about 3' tall this year(drought and needs to be split) it can get 8'.

All I have for relief is ibuprofen and maybe a long scalding shower.

Before Chickens, had to remove all that.
Best use I've ever found for a sawzall and a 12" wood blade
was cutting those root balls apart.
