Was going to sleep in a smidge today, but I guess Chick knows it's a workday and wanted to eat and go potty I don't like sleeping in, anyway!

I think I'm going to try a pumpkin cheesecake and see how that goes. Can't wait to eat some turkey and green bean casserole

What was the texture like?

tender and smooth, though not melt in the mouth like liver (it's essential not to overcook or they go rubbery, apparently)

Morning Cafe Brought a pot coffee fresh Happy Thanksgiving
Most the cooking was done yesterday or at least the baking ... Ham tonight it is cooked 1/2 ham scalloped potato and corn

More Gazpaco on the stove. Tried extra garlic and pernil in it tonight. There's some soft white fresh bread to go with it.
Pissing down most of the day here. I wetn back to bed after letting everyone out and feeding them.

Sun over the weekend!!

Kitchen sink drain acting up this morning.
Seemed blocked solid then all of a sudden drained.
Am NOT looking forward to 'under the sink floor time' getting the trap off,
but sure hope that's the problem.
