Morning and thanks for the coffee! It is another beautiful day here and this is the last day that I will be able to say that for a while. We are getting snow, wind, and cold starting tomorrow. Oh well! Enjoy the day you all!

Great visual, I can relate.By now I often feel twisted and knotted like this https://media1.faz.net/ppmedia/vide...a_overview/gordischer-knoten-staatsreform.jpg![]()
Went to a really good PT for shoulder problems who taught me how to keep my muscles stretched and strengthened to keep things in balance. I was already quite interested in anatomy and once she realized that she taught me a lot about how to 'treat' myself.
That will help with strengthening, but stretching is important too.My remedial gymnastics are a daily routine since more than 20 years anyway, but the weekly additional physiotherapy helped to maintain everything amiss at a bearable level.
Yes, every evening is stretching time to prevent muscle cramps and numb butt (sacrum) and legs. That will help with strengthening, but stretching is important too.
They don't thrive here at 300 metres but at 350 metres they're fine.yes it did. I wasn't a huge fan of the taste (in the 'OK' bracket for me) but the tree looked magnificent in full fruit with it's deep green glossy leaves, and it was perfect for the (windy) spot it was in.
They did regional on the spot fines here in March and April. That seemed to work.Shy of locking people up, what else can they do but put out guidance and HOPE people will follow it?
This is my favorite memory of sleeping at my grandmas house. I was always awoken by the smell of the ol’ coffee percolator & frying bacon. As a child my bedroom was directly above the kitchen. One of my favorite memories is of the smell of coffee perking and bacon frying while I snuggled down in my barely heated bedroom.
