Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready. Another extra large pot.
Bad news on the tests for DH. He has a very high probability of having prostate cancer. He is going in for a biopsy on 1/15. We have to find out what type it is before knowing what the treatment will be.
One day prior to learning this, my sister arrived from Texas full of, I mean FULL, of her own drama. I haven't spoken to her for about 3.5 years, haven't seen her for about 20. I'm extremely sympathetic to her but cannot deal with the drama. She needs to be in counseling. She and I are completely different on many fronts and a close relationship is unlikely. We've never been close and disagree on nearly everything. She is now living with my mother.

Possibly.
The problem is when she shows up at my front door unexpectedly with useless nephew grabbing me and hugging me like we're something we're not. I was on my way to dad's house when this happened. I kept telling them I had to go. No one else in my family seems to understand the concept of responsibility, commitment and obligations. We haven't spoken in 3.5 years. What's another month?
