Ooh that sounds delish!Good evening Cafe.
Tea on the stove for those who fancy a cup.
I've brought a treat.
I like Stilton Cheese but it's very hard to find here. What you can get which is nearly as good is Roquefort,

A shop here it seems bought rather a lot before Christmas and it didn't sell I imagine because they're offloadinng it at half price.
Needless to write I bought a bit; quite a lot of a bit actually.
One of the many things I make with it is a paste, 50% avacado and 50% Roquefort. I add a bit of chilli, just a little and blend the lot and warm it up on the stove.
A fresh white stick of bread and your sorted.
That's what the pot on the counter is full off. Give it a try.
good grief! If that much snow was dumped here the country would grind to a halt!Good morning Cafe. Thanks for the coffee, Sour.
I hope everyone is warm and cozy!
This morning.

Three of my favorite shrubs/trees had several limbs snapped off. We were expecting 1-3". I'm going to go visit the local weather station, baseball bat in hand, and have a little conversation. I want to see their diplomas and their college transcripts to find out what their grades were.
The snomance is so over!
you lucky thing! I love Roquefort more than Stilton. Costs an arm and a leg here. I am so envious....they're offloadinng it at half price.![]()
