Have you and your other siblings already considered if some kind of temporary hospitalization in a mental institution might be the best help CS can get in her situation? She will get proper medication and counseling etc. AND out of your hair at least for some time.

Apparently, she was being treated with a drug to help with bipolar disorder. She is no longer on it.

You have the necessary skills to change the locks. Hopefully you also have the skills to keep everyone from giving CS a new key. I ASSUME she has no legal right to any proceeds from the house sale.
your mother can’t man up & tell her to leave, your best hope might be to get Adult Protective Services involved.
Also, can you get those boxes out of the house, like in a storage unit?
After today's meeting to discuss CS, I'm sad to report that me mum appears to be suffering from an acute case of rectal cranial inversion.
She announced that CS was now acting normal. Riiiiight. She's coming down. Wait until she crashes.
I'm just not dealing with it at all. I showed mom a listing for a house that just came on the market 3 days ago that would be PERFECT for CS. I can only hope she discusses it with her and comes to her senses after I, OS and BIL kept trying to get her to see the light of day. Which is pretty hard to do with her head where it currently is.

Good morning, Cafe. Coffee is ready.

I'm staying home today for the most part. DH will come with me to run a few small errands. I need to keep an eye on him to make sure he does not eat anything and drinks at least 3 quarts of water and juice today. Tonight and tomorrow are bowel prep for colonoscopy time!! Good times indeed!
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Cafe. Thanks for the coffee Tonya.

I need to keep an eye on him to make sure he does not eat anything and drinks at least 3 quarts of water and juice today.
Does he understand why? I'm sure you've got a pack of distraction techniques up your sleeve anyway, but it must be easier if he knows why he needs to go hungry just for a day.

hey it's not all bad news - finally we no longer have to endure the bully-in-chief's yells :celebrate🎆🎉🎈:clap
It's worth bearing in mind that approximately half the USA voted for him and apparently would again.
I wont dwell on the implications of the above.
The best the rest of us can hope for is we will hear a little bit less about how the USA is such a wondeful democracy and we should all follow it's example.
