BYC Café

FYI, first time uploading a pic since the upgrade and I had no issues, so I guess it is all fixed!
Yep, they changed something, so it's working well for me now too.
Others not so much.

MY BRAND NEW computer doesn't have an SD card reader or an F-ing cd/dvd reader. I can't post pics of any way that I know how.
Is there a USB port that you can plug a card reader into?
My card reader is ancient, and reads several different kinds of cards, including the old 1.5 x 1.5 cards that my ancient camera uses.

Good morning cafe. Supposed to be a nice day today. Warm up through the week then rain again. Fortunatly the last few rains missed us for the most part.
Is there a USB port that you can plug a card reader into?
Yes
Morning! Yes, a USB-port card reader is the way to go and not expensive.
They have some faster ones out there now too.
Yep that's what I'll have to do. I hate buying something for certain uses just to find out I have to buy and not lose an attachment to do what I bought the 1st device for.

Good evening Cafe.
I've made tea if anyone fnacies a cup.
Sold a lamp today which helps make the day.
Got rats under the duck shed again.:he
Got the last of the properly dry oak into the car port. I don't think I'll be needing much more wood the way the weather has been.
lovely sunny day around 18C. Rain on it's way apparently.
Don't you put hardware cloth aprons around the buildings?

Back below freezing until tomorrow midday...but sun!
Have to go to the dentist today, nerve racking in COVID times.

I am avoiding my cleanings until covid if less severe!
I go in this Friday for a cleaning. I had one 6 months ago. They are pretty good about the cleanliness at the dentist d I use.

Good morning, cafe. Thanks for the coffee, DL.

Heading for 46° today and into the 50°'s wed-fri! Going to get spring fever with temps like that. Nice to have the sun, but if we could get rid of the wind... Luckily it's not Margies kind of wind!

Went to the eye doctor Friday. That was fun  I'm surprised they let people drive with their eyes dilated. I can't say for sure if I've had that done before, but I did not like it! Hydroxychloroquine has not damaged my retinas, so that was a relief. I've had yellow/raised spots on the whites of my eyes for a long time and it turns out they're calluses. Sounds like I need to start wearing sunglasses. The appointment took more than 2hrs. Ridiculous.

My husband has to go back to Minnesota to have a scope run up/down his nose. They'll measure the pressure on the "flapper" to see if he needs to have surgery or if he can get away with a stronger version of Prilosec. He's constantly throwing up in his sleep, sleeping sitting up or not sleeping at all. :fl they can get it under control without surgery. Poor guy. He'll get hernias fixed while he's there for that.

Hope everyone has a lovely Monday.

I got the railings up on the front porch and back deck. The sleeves and skirts are on the posts for the mudroom porch. I should be able to finish up tomorrow.
I took a break in the afternoon to run the dogs. I don't know what was down there but she had a great time digging it up.
