Last horse wreck was BAD when I picked my arm up my ribs stuck out above my shoulder blade which was also broke. I just didn't go, although..... on that one I should've.

Yea. I went to a camp of some friends who had a chiropractor friend showing up, thinking it was dislocated. When I moved my arm he said whooo don't do that, that's your ribs I can't help you.
There is a thread on Sufficient Self. You don't know true pain until....???? Interesting read if your a member there.
