Well, you can regulate how far you chuckit...with some practice.
Both my shepards would go and go and go and go..... I'd have to call a halt.
Poodle not so much.

Our dog (rescued at 8, 3 years ago) doesn't really know how to play. It's like her people (who abandoned her at the shelter) never played with her as a puppy. Fetch? Tug? Huh?

She will play a little bit, sometimes, and then she is so cute. (She's cute all the time, but even cuter.) We really wish we could have had her her whole life.

Good evening everyone!

Just came back from a long and wonderful evening walk with the dogs. The full moon was rising like a giant orange, stars were twinkling and the air was still soft and rather warm from the first sunny and warm day in months!

My poor chickens still have to remain in flockdown, although the bird migration in our part of the county is long over. I hope they will finally see reason and lift it in April.

I set 22 eggs for the hatch-a-long and had 15 at lockdown.

Not like the super blue, but all of my blue eggs hatched They are a pretty pale color.

Hard to tell in this picture. All but one in the middle are blue. All of the marans eggs hatched, too!
