Morning Cafe Bought black garlic to plant and a jar of fermented to use while I grow the other.. We love a garlic flavor..

The fermentation changes the flavor and odor. Have you had it before?

Not, I never had the opportunity, but I love roasted garlic

I have never heard of this. I gather from the other posts that it is fermented garlic...? Heading to Mr. Google to learn more...

I did not know of the black or fermenting before but we love garlic but also prime Amazon

I don't know! I told my husband she needed a name. "She" being my optimistic side coming out I generally steer clear of naming chickens, cows or pigs, for fear of becoming too attached. Maybe 'Chip' or 'Nibs' I'm curious to see her feather pattern develop.

Some neighbors gave me a store bought chicken coop the other day. They bought it quite a few years ago and never got chickens. The boys barely got it squeezed into the coop after removing the door. Working great to brood in the coop, but need to put a little door in for them to get out.

I couldn't find 5 of them today and started to panic. One chick, one cheep... No holes. Where on earth??

Apparently they don't like the roosts that are 2" off the floor

We are supposed to get 4-6 inches of heavy wet snow tomorrow! That is wrong on so many levels!
