It looks like a hot day here (91 and likely humid)! I have a super busy weekend. Have to get the Eglu coop set up so the batch of chicks that hatched a few weeks back can free up my brooder for the new little ones that hatched yesterday. Then have to go to Menards to cough up the cash for the building supplies to build the main coop. It's a full-chicken summer for me. Hope it does not rain today!

But first, my second cup of coffee...

Just received a warning of thunderstorm here, sigh. The weather was once nothing special to us, until we bought a house, have a garden, plant a lot, have chicken, plant more, have more chicken...

The first heat wave just about to leave, and the second is already waiting.

Well, no matter how, time goes on. Let's have coffee and cinnamon roll!
