Yes! ^^

I got a little bit of laundry done yesterday. "Emergency load" of underwear and DH's work T-shirts. A little more today to start digging out the laundry basket.

I put the heater plate on its side in the brooder, and the chicks were terrified of it. They stayed in the opposite corner, huddled in a pile last night. So I unplugged the plate this morning. I left it in there, so I can heat it back up quickly if they start acting chilled. But I think we're done with heat! :fl

Did they dry before the rain hit
Almost. It took about 15 minutes in the dryer to get it done.

And it didn't really rain that much. Then it got sunny and the humidity dropped. I'm waiting for Friday to do the heavy stuff, jeans and towels.
