Me too, but it's gotta be decaf this time of day. Though sometimes I make "loaded decaf" with milk and honey.

I make a pot of half-caf in the morning, 3 mugs in the am, 2 in the afternoon.

Got moving and ran errands today, between the heaviest rains.

Chased in by the rain so I guess I am done with the moving of the composted horse manure to the pastures. How about another pot of Joe!

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the coffee LF. I'll just enjoy the aroma of the cinnamon rolls!
Astrid is doing really great. She is 100% in the mode. She went back to the correct nest this morning on her own, even in the cacophony of most of the flock jockeying for raisins right near the door to the Ward.
At first it looked like she was going to go upstairs to a nest box because I saw her walk up the ramp and start heading down the poop boards. But she stopped, gave a few good hard wing flaps, growled then turkey walked her way back down the ramp, through the throng and onto her nest. What good momma!

That sounds very relaxing!
We've got another flash flood warning today. It seems every 2 or three days there is a flash flood, tornado or severe thunderstorm warning. What a fun summer!

Fresh coffee is brewed - thanks for the cinnamon rolls. 91% humidity already this morning Mid afternoon predicted in the mid 90's with thunder storms. The humidity just wears me down. Maggie feels that she is 100% so the attempt to keep her calm until the incision heals is difficult. If I dare to sit in the living room, my chair is soon filled with toys, and she is going, "Throw it, Dad. Just throw it." Yeah, we generally play 'fetch' down the hall.

It was a cozy comfort for sure!
Looking at my weather station, looks like we got about a half an inch overnight.
No deluges forecast as of now.
Temps are headed back up into the mid 80's tomorrow,
but with lower humidity and nights in the 60's.

Yeah, we generally play 'fetch' down the hall.
