BYC Café

Really, that's interesting. Can you explain that a little more? I haven't seen any other signs of mites.
Mites crawl into the vent and chew at night causing sores. It is very obvious when the streaks look like dried blood.

Mites are weird in that you do not always see obvious symptoms.

Good evening Cafe. I've made a lovely pot of Yorkshire tea for those that will drink it.
I'm getting back home from the allotments later and later as one might expect as the days get longer. I've started eating a main meal before I leave for the allotments but I'm still hungry when I get home. I think I'm going to cook a couple of large pots of something freezable and pack it in half portion so I don't find myself trying to cook at 10pm.
I'm knackered. I've been weeding the coop fence line, digging trenches to lay a wire skirt around the coop run. It's a mass of weed roots, stones and rubble with the odd buried pieces of chicken wire.

Mid 60's this morning has the window open.
Supposed to stay warm with possibly severe thunderstorms later.
1.37" of rain predicted, hope that takes all day and night.

RodentPalooza here. Ground hogs in the garden, one shot from window must have already been dead(they usually bolt when I open the window), another may still be out there.
Mouses in the house, set 3 traps, one nothing, one tripped and flipped, one missing altogether(I hate that, will probably smell it within a few days.)
