Good morning! The winds start after noon today and go thru Tuesday. 85mph Just lovely! We had drifting winds last night but those don't count. 60mph
We are going bowling, sushi- ing, and axe throwing today for a Birthday event.
I have never officially gone axe throwing so this should be fun!

Not sure what this means.... besides fill the water jugs...

My eldest went axe throwing. Her husband said it was a badly conceived anger management. They had a lot of fun they tell me.

I've locked the axes I have away now.

I took Bella with me to go drop DH off. I took her for a little over 3 mile walk on the rail trail and we saw a juvenile bald eagle fly over the river. That was neat. I decided to take her for a quick lap around the field before we head home. She's so damn well behaved I don't need her remote collar.

I hope I'm not sick/getting sick. I have a very tight chest and started coughing in the middle of the night. Now I'm worried about DH.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee! It was a lovely walk in the refreshing BREEZES over yonder to the horses this morning because we are drifted in as far as wheels go. I only had to stop once and demand that my feet stay where they were on the ground.
DL, I hope that it is just a "thing" and you are not getting sick.
Axe throwing was fun! Something new! I am a mediocre axe thrower...
a mediocre bowler, but a good sashimi eater!

Have I mentioned that no matter how bad a day I've had or how depressed I've gotten that that puppy gets me to laugh every single day?
She's still pretty small and is not confident going down stairs yet. Sometimes she will run up the stairs to the bed and then will bark because she can't get herself back down.
So I'm sitting in the living room and I hear her bark and holler out "you need help getting down?" She barks again so I got up to go get her and this time she was standing with her front feet on the footboard looking at her reflection in the mirror barking at that cute little dog she could see!
