Good morning Cafe. Brought another pot of coffee. Up at 7 :45.
Oh it is cold here 24 when I got up. Chickens do not mind the cold and it is dry out.

I am....guess I should have filled the tub all the way back up, eh?
Power just came back on about an hour ago after 65 41 hours being out.
Was ecstatic to have it come back of 24+ ahead of the restoration estimate!
I survived, but it wasn't any fun at all.
Luckily temps the first day were in the low 40's and the firewood I had provided some relief.
Tho the wind was fierce and I had a back draft that filled the house with nauseating wood smoke smell, went to bed early to escape it a bit and warmed up in my quilt cave.
Have an old backpacking stove to heat water for coffee and cook some eggs this morning.
Colder today, just below freezing, chased the shivers away with another layer of clothing.
Just incredibly relieved to have the house heating up again. WHEW!

Aart I made the eggs, cheese and sausage on a english muffin for breakfast.
We had a power outage maybe like 5 days go. Have idiots screwing with our power grid here.

Love the dragon it is great. We lost power like days ago for a few hours only.
My incubator had only been running 2 days so a towel kept them happy.
