I may need an eye appt! The breezes are howling out there and a balmy 8 F so the wind chills are minus something stupid. Too cold for shades because they fog up and of course I got some hay in my eye while feeding, sheez. I think a hot shower will fix the eye issue. I call BS on this weather but I think it is only supposed to last until Tuesday,
I brought more hot coffee and some banana bread. Eat, drink, and be happy!

Thanks! That's the perfect combination for the weather we've got going here. It's in the high 30s and raining and sleeting. Positively miserable out.
I brought Piper with me when I went to my eye appointment this morning so I could bring her with me to Lowe's. Last time we went there she was utterly terrified. I could not put her on the ground, she would not walk.
This time she was very, very much braver! She only locked up twice and I just waited her out and encouraged her and she approached the item of her fear and realized it wasn't, in fact, going to kill her.
TSC is her next stop!

Had a metal roof outside my bedroom as a kid - loved the sound of rain on it.
