Dead but not rotten! But you don't quite eat your meat alive now either, aren't you?![]()
With all the meat scandals that were discovered in recent years it is/ was mostly very rotten stuff they were selling back and forth and unsuspecting people were consuming.Dead but not rotten!
They don't, but black vultures do.That, or another, turkey vulture was back this afternoon. Landed on a high branch and was scoping something out....then I noticed one of the tiny fawns wandering in the back field.
Hmmm.....don't think turkey vultures hunt live meat, but <shrugs>
Right, that's what I thought, this was definitely a turkey vulture.......don't think we have the black ones here. They don't, but black vultures do.
Yeah, I don't want that here....20' from my back door.We didn't do our full walk for over a week, because it stank too much to get within 30 feet of it.
I considered going out with a big shovel and chucking it into the alfalfa field next to the road. The turkey vultures would be able to see it then.I chuck all the dead bodies in a certain spot in my woods 200' downwind from the house....the 'Body Buffet'.
