Heading to Gettysburg today on the way to VA for DD1's wedding Saturday. Will wave in your general direction as we pass through Binghamton @DobieLover
Have to decide if I want to deal with the resulting roosters if we let any broodies hatch replacement birds. I have 20 now and the 4 oldest are 8 years old, the EE is still laying regularly. In the past I've gotten 6 hatchery chicks every couple of years. Could maybe get some dark green layers from the 2 Welsummers, blue layers from the 5 EEs (1 of which is supposed to be a Black Ameraucana but has 5 toes per foot).

We may, or may not, gain a 2 month old Easter Egger (sold, of course as an Ameraucana by the farm and yard store) from the people who are coming to feed our animals while we are gone.I gained a Rhode Island Red cockerel from as local member.
