BYC Café

Well.... They're down. They fell last night.

Both the tractor and the panels seem to be undamaged. He stopped out this morning to assess and is coming back in the afternoon to cut everything up and bring down the pine.

Did the trees fall on their own or did he fell them?

By the sounds of it they fell on their own and he cleaned up them afterwards.

They fell the night before he was going to take them down.

I'm in a decidedly better mood. He and his brother just left. The pine and two big poplars are down. And I got to chat with him again. He's so nice! And a good sense of humor. And still a hottie!!

Good Evening, Cafe’! It’s almost bedtime, so I’ll skip the coffee. After a busy day with church, spending the afternoon with the two local grandkids at our town’s annual whoopdedoo - which included an all you can eat sweet corn feed, bouncy houses and a parade - I finally got to go out and float my boat! First time this summer. It was oh, so peaceful…

Serenity is what comes to mind looking at your beautiful picture!

Good morning Café and thanks for the coffee LF.
I only see Orca here and not for about a month. I too hope she's not been affected by the fires. Although I was reading about another mass stranding of pilot whales in Western Australia. Maybe she was called out there to help investigate.
