I started with a 7:30 PT appointment. While I was on my side with the heat/stim going I glanced into the gym section and could see a digital heart image beating on the display panel of a treadmill and that made me think of Dave's not beating and mine being broken so I quickly looked away. And landed on a sign that read "There is Always a Reason to Smile" and that made me cry.

I'm doing better at work. I asked my manager to bury me and he obliged. I've stopped for lunch.

Good morning and thanks for the coffee! It is supposed to be flaking out there but is beautifully sunny.
It is going to take a few days to fix my neighbor's car and the loaner I got to drive was , "SWEET!" Leather and spacious and all the bells and whistles.
I hope the Cafe had a good day! Just keep at it....
