Don't overdo !

I REALLY tried.
But I managed to move wrong 4 times and really zinged my back while wearing my brace.
All I was doing is a little pruning:

weeding (on my hands and knees):

and spreading mulch that got dumped in piles:

I even called it of at noon because it was getting hot.

I'll rest for a few hours then tackle getting the rest of this spirea out of my beauty berry and get the rest of the beds ready for mulch.

This weigela was one of the very few shrubs that we kept that was on the property when we bought it.

My nephew's fiance busied herself with weeding my garden beds. They'll get planted tomorrow, mulched with grass in the beds and wood chips around the beds.

I'm gonna take a nap now...

Nice and cool today with a few mild breezes blowing into the windows.
Was thundering and raining a bit when I woke at 6, not sure what the forecast storms did last night, my usually trusty weather site doesn't not hardly work for me any more

Yes...I took my afternoon dose when I came in the house.
AND I had an ice cream cookie sandwich.

Easy to overdo it with the meds on board.
Is surgery in your future to actually fix the bulging(?) disc in your back?

Only quest for me is to plant lettuce seed I still have.
Scrape the crap from the tables.
Most on my list take it simple.
