Ok, I think I can let this slide then... :plbb
This, too, can stretch the injured/healing nerve and aggravate it. I just can't seem to find a happy compromise that will ensure steady healing without aggravating it to the point the pain level is too high to tolerate for a 'normal' day. Which is not MY normal by any stretch of the imagination.
I refuse to be deterred. I know I get a little better every day. Higher pain just means slow down a little. So I will.

How about slowing down a bit even BEFORE the pain shows up? As in avoiding to aggravate the nerve...

The 3MCs were zipping around, fluttering up on the stumps, digging around the stumps and having a all around great time on there first day of being big girls. We took it to the top and I roosted them for the first time too.
Go big or go home.
These are the newest chicks....thought they were all males?

No. These are the girls I had C and my niece get from Tractor supply on the day of my surgery. They were a failed graft to Jody who had sat broody for over 2 weeks in a nest box before I moved her into the ward then all her eggs were duds or died.
She wouldn't accept the chicks. They are the Motherless Chicks. The 3MCs.
Savannah hatched out the 3 boys about 5 weeks before I gave eggs to Jody.
