VERY windy right now.

Here too...gives me the freaking heebiejeebies.<shudder>
Tree bones are howling.
Had some tiny hail and thunder and lightning, now just some snow.
I'm in the 5-10" range:

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

We have a dusting of snow. And it is completely covering the deck and furniture under the roof in my future screened in room so it was very windy last night. Every single time we have weather like this I am so glad I had HTG take down all those old poplars. I don't get the heebie jeebies any more.

We're surrounded by trees. Mostly oak, some maple, and one huge pine.

We're in the 1-3" area on map @aart posted. I think we've gotten an inch or two, but it's still blowing and they say more snow will come.

Power's still on...whew.
Not blowing as bad this morning but still snowing to beat the band.
Temps dropped from the 30's down to 20(weatherthespians are calling it a flash freeze-teehee).
Not sure how much we got over night(but at least it didn't stick to the run roof mesh), won't know until I shovel my way out the coop later, but supposed to snow all day with 5" total forecast. I miss loving the snow.

Probably got about 5-6" overnight, tho the path was filled (8-10") with windblown snow as per usual, and wettish on the bottom which made it stick to the shovel.

Chooks had their 'cleaning treat' in the coop as there was no way I could handle shoveling the run right away. Boy, am I glad my coop is large enough to do that.

I'll be doing several shoveling sessions all day, with lots of stretching in between....and ibuprofen with breakfast.

I hope I can get the plow guy out here before the temps go up and it rains!

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee!
Beautiful weather here, 40's and 50's with sun for the next few days.
Then some snow and cold.
DH and I had a great trip out to see DS$ and then south to TX to stay with his BFF on the ranch and also check in with my brother.
We brought some wild pig home ( in the freezer, lol!)
DH is still sleeping and my cat is happy to have a fire in the wood stove again.
No idea what I have missed here, but I hope you all had a nice Holiday and are doing well! It is good to be back home!
