My miniature Foxterrier is molting at the moment, his fur is just everywhere at the touch. I comb him every day and still, he looks half the size his was with full feather. He is very yappy and bark at any movement from a distance away.

I'm getting my thyroid ultrasound done at 7:30. I'm debating getting to the hospital at 6:30 when the labs open and to get my fasted blood drawn. But I REALLY want my coffee!!

For fasting bloodwork, I'm allowed ONE cup of black coffee or tea. When I had my blood drawn, I asked if that was so the the technician didn't have to deal with people going through caffeine withdrawal. She said, "Yeah, that's about right."

How are things with your DH @pennyJo1960 ? Will he be coming home soon?

Glad that you can breathe better now @sourland . Be careful not to overdo it and cause a relapse.

We have sunshine today and blue skies and I will take advantage and trim some more of the overgrown hedges and bushes before winter weather returns.

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the coffee @LaFleche.

We had rain yesterday that switched over to snow during the night. Just a dusting.. over the solid sheets of ice. I salted the stepping stones out back and the flagstones in the woodshed so I don't break a bone.
My side yard looks like a frozen pond. I'm thinking about getting some ice skates. Make some lemonade out of that lemon...
