I cleaned out the back gutters Kid held the ladder moved it took like a half hour.
I am going to cut and fold hardware cloth so it won't happen again.
The house sit's on a small grade so front gutter you have to get on it lean.
Not my cup tea but may be forced to.

Astrid is raising a bunch of heathens out there!

When I was doling out raisins earlier, one of the 4-week-old chicks was running around inside the coop with about 8 to 10 hens (mom was outside) and had the audacity to run up and pluck a raisin right out of Annie's beak. Annie had a rather surprised look on her face and the kid made off with the goods without any repercussions.

As I was just now getting the dogs ready to leave for a quick hike around the fields, I glanced out into the pen and noticed three of the chicks were on the wrong side of the fence! I went out to heard them back in but they'd already come in on their own.

So relaxing..I don't know if I can work in such peaceful and relaxing environment, I will most likely be enjoy the relaxation itself, a nice nap, nice pot of tea and a nice cake...
