So unhappy, big healthy zucchini plants and not a single squash. Something is just biting off every flower, and I can't see any bugs on them. Well fenced against larger critters. Could it be bird or a mouse?

I vote squirrel or chipmunk. can you set out some rat traps? Bait with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Tie or weight the traps down. Are you seeing any female blossoms or just male (before they get taken)?

Not precisely sure how to tell the difference, but they have been blooming profusely four weeks, so I am sure there are both. Squirrels makes sense, we have them aplenty!

The male blossoms have just a stem attached at the base, while the female blossoms have a very tiny fruit attached.

Just found tiny little striped worms in one of the fallen blossoms. Had not seen that before. I think maybe it's melonworm. I think I will spray it down with Neem and see if that makes a difference, unless there is a better organic option?

I was growing my zucchini out so I could enter it in the state fair. Unfortunately, another in my house wasn't aware of this. He picked it. It was 19 inches long with a diameter at the thickest point of 7 inches. I wonder how big it would have been in two more weeks when it would have been time to pick it.
