Because of the real threat a bee extinction can provide to us humans back up pollination techniques have been worked on feverishly for many years now. This only helps prevent a human extinction but a large die off will still occur. A fifth is about right, I'd set it higher seeing that many other countries do not have the means to pollinate themselves with other alternatives causing even quicker larger die offs.
As far as the conspiracy theory.... the facts ARE there. I think *if* they stole those resistant bees they're in a lab somewhere...as a business-that's what they are supposed to do lol. Sux! But Study resistance and kill harder. I had Orkin pest control out for a quote, explained what poisons theses mahogany wasps swim in and laugh at me, instead of killing them he collected a few dozen (pretty much found the nest and jarred them up) told me they send resistant bugs of certain chemicals to a lab to better control methods. Makes sense. Suck arse? Yes. But they have the money to hide it well and pay politicians to keep them in business as the chemicals become harsher and more deadly, simple environmental crusaders do not usually

large long term dents in the wallets of pharmaceutical companies BIG money in drugs for allergy, bees can make it better for free! Sooooo much $$$ the "bad guys" have, sooo many connections in the right places, by the time real consumers, real humans lol find out its already a done deal or too late much of the time.
Here there's a special license plate for saving the bees! We have a hive and next year are adding 2 more
