Also longing for the warmth of spring but enjoying the cooler temps as well. My broccoli, spinach, lettuces, kale, carrots, collards and cabbage are all doing just fine.

I have collards, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, beets…doing well, but this will be our first 20 degree week…know the collards and beets will make it, not sure of the rest.

If you keep the broccoli covered at night you should be able to keep it over till spring

Even in mild winters once the main heads are harvested, they go to flower….and bring in winter honey bees.. It's the only time we see those.

Sorry, but i don't envy your climate….but when I was young, my dad almost took a job there. But came to Ga instead.
