We are having frequent heavy rains here. I know I can block access from outside my fence.Soapy water on your beans. I put it on for bug protection. Or sprinkle ceyene. pepper on them. You have to reapply after rain. I am sure one taste and they will leave plants alone. We have had rabbit problems also.

But do you think the bean runners will rejuvenate and find the fence again?
The plants are fine, they are inside a fence rabbit can not get in. But the tendrils attached to the fence were eaten and broken off about 2 feet up on the plant.Did the rabbit leave any? Or like the one i lost ate to the ground. I would just plant more. To be sure. Which is most likely what is needed. If only ate a leave or so then might be a chance.
Still plenty of time for beans.
