I think it is some kind of geranium. It has the leaf of a cutleaf geranium and the flower that resembles a Johnny Jump Up. Anyway it is one of my new wildflowers. I will try to get a better picture.

. Can anyone ID. this plant? I think it is a crainsbill but I am not sure.

Blossom doesn't look like cranes bill.

I am not sure but it kind of looks like thrift. But I could be wrong.

That would be the closest guess I could come up with, but the flower doesn't look right for that, either. Blossom looks kind of like violet, but leaf looks like thrift. If i could just touch it, and sniff it, and feel it, and poke at it! Then perhaps I'd be able to id it... if not, at least I'd have fun doing so!!!

Started planting in the garden today/ Mostly peas and a few spinach, kale and beets. FIgure they might have a better chance than the seedlings under lights in the bathroom, where the mice can apparently reach them. Actually, I thought the mouse issue had become a non-issue........wrong!!!!! lol Time for more bait...

Planning to get my hands dirty again tomorrow before church. Happy Easter to all.
