Oh, interesting. Thanks, me too. Thank you. They're not too common out of the tropics though they are pretty cold hardy. They make great hedges I've heard. That would be cool. I'll let you know when I have seeds. Wow, thats a lot of basil! Here's my parent tree. And the flower, the petals are edible.
Wow, that puts off a beautiful flower. I am in on next bunch of seeds. :D

Oh wait, I found it
Propagation: The feijoa grows easily from seed, but the seedlings are not always true to type. The seeds will retain viability for a year or more if kept dry. Germination takes place in 3 weeks. The plant fruits in 3 - 5 years from seed.

Very nice Dan. I am spying on my turnips, they are bigger and bigger every day :) but please oh please we need rain!
Btw is someone crazy like me about growing herbs and using them in teas for cold and flu, tummy aches ect? My grandmas and grand grandmas were great with this stuff. It was very popular back in the days in Europe and still is.
I think that mother nature is phenomenal and absolutely brilliant. Nothing better in the world !

That is amazing let us know if it's working.
Last year I planted a toothache plant. It is low growing very pretty plant. The leaves are amazing. When you chew them it will numb your tongue and gums just like that spray at the dentist:) it is truly amazing plant. And the juice from the leaves, when you rub it in the wrinkles on your face it will smooth them for some time. It will plump your skin very nicely. The plant its used in many anti wrinkle creams and cosmetic.
Like I said Mother Nature is brilliant!
