I just dried basil in the microwave!

Been reading about that but haven't tried it yet. Last year I froze a heap in muffin trays topped with water and dried a heap more on a string in my laundry. Still got heaps left so think I'll just be growing enough to use fresh this year

I just picked it, washed it let it dry on the counter for a few hours picked off the leaves set them on a microwave safe plate and microwaved it for two minutes and thirty seconds.
