KnittingHaven?? KnittingForums?? I'll have to check those out!

Have you been to Ravelry yet?? Be ready to spend a couple of days just looking through all the patterns ... not to mention all the forums there!

Yes, signed up the other day. I am on there as Nebetmiw. That is my knitting screen name on all those forums too.

I'm on Ravelry as theeggboxtoo

Here are a couple pics of my latest hand spun yarns.

The darker one is 530 yards of 2 ply. 50/50 Merino/Tencil.

I wonder if anyone has any ideas.
I would like to knit my boys each a big, round floor pillow for Christmas. Their bean bags have flattened considerably & are driving me nuts.
I think if I use HUGE yarn & needles, or even 2 skeins of yarn at once & even more giant needles I can get this done in time.
I may do the tops of each, just in case I need to sew the bottoms due to time constraints.
But, I think if I work on them while they are at school & asleep I may JUST be able to do it.

I would prefer spiral tops, with maybe 4"-5" sides, not a pouf. I would like it if they could fit into some sort of "away place" even if that place is just between my desk & the wall.
How does one go about knitting a flat spiral circle?
I would like it to be about 20" in diameter (maybe? I am awful at those types of measurements).

I found a pattern on Ravelry, but can't find it anymore.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
