The BYC Other Poultry database, is missing A lot of turkey breeds, these are the breeds i have found that i know that we are missing!

Ok, so not like Chickens or Ducks, can you tell i raise wild turkeys

Whether breeds or colors, I think I prefer the name "Standard Bronze" to "Unimproved Bronze". "Unimproved Bronze" makes it sound like the heritage turkey is an inferior bird, and I would argue that just the opposite is true.

That may be the name in Canada, but I've never heard it used down here. I see it as the Standard Bronze or Heritage Bronze. This is the first time I've ever seen anyone call the poor turkeys "Unimproved"

Edit: I checked the ALBC list. They have them up simply as "Bronze" turkeys. Then at the bottom it says "Standard Bronze."
