Wish I could run upon deals like that!!! I have only gotten one bag of squares when they were cleaning the lady across the street's stuff out and her daughter remembered I was gonna learn too quilt and needed material, old clothes, patterns and such. These squares were already cut. Did spend 6.00 to get some material too practice on. several yard pieces too practice on. Make a ton of pretty things Damummis.

I pieced a section of a Buggy Barn and thought I did it wrong, so I unsewed all the pieces and put them together the way I thought they were supposed to go and found that they were right the first time!!

terrielacy now that is something I would do for sure. I think my eyes plays tricks on me so I keep glasses laying around too swap out!!!

Working on a quilt for both of my vets (they are in the same office)

I wish I could post the quilt file I'm basing this on but I can't find it online and BYC doesn't allow for those kids of files to be up loaded

I agree!! I like quilt striping too

We should do a monthly swap, you knoe, like the block swap.....that would be cool. Maybe have each person send 6 strips to the person below them, how does this sound?
