You know what I really miss, that I've just been trying to tell myself to get over it? Having the total number of posts in the top right hand corner. (For example, reading a thread for the first time, it says #1 out of 1319.)

I just look at the number of pages at the bottom and multiply by 10.

That is one nice new thing- the mobile version and the desktop now both have the same number of pages.

But as you are reading along, it used to be nice to be able to glance and see how far you've come and how much farther you have left to go.

Honestly, if a thread had a really high number of posts unread, I'd skip them all .

I'm trying to not care, but it comes up constantly. Sure, before you click on a thread to read, it will tell you (in tiny print that's hard to notice and I usually forget to look) how many replies there are to the thread. And at the top there are all the page numbers. But as you are reading along, it used to be nice to be able to glance and see how far you've come and how much farther you have left to go. Unless you memorized the number of replies before you started reading, you have no idea if the page you're on is going to be short or long. To find out, you have to scroll to the bottom where it will tell you the number of pages, and how many more messages there are. (Which is a great feature!) So it's not a huge deal, but I just constantly find myself looking for those numbers and they're not there. And it's kind of a pain to scroll scroll scroll down just to see, then scroll scroll scroll back to where I was at. (The ghost arrow feature is awesome!) I usually just try not to care until I reach the bottom of the page. I keep telling myself I will get used to it. Am I the only one who misses that feature?

I really miss this feature.. I have slooow internet that doesn't always load the page all the way on the first try.. before I could see if the last post had loaded or not by the number on each post... several times now I have loaded 3 times only to find I had the last post the first time,

i have another one to drive @KikisGirls crazy... In the old system, in the subscription list, activity tab, we could click on the number of posts and get a list of everyone who posted on a particular thread, and how many posts they had made on that thread. could also click on their number of posts, and see their particular posts. Is there anything similar here?
